The Opportunity:
We are seeking experienced and vibrant Outbound Customer Service Representatives to join the team for an initial 3-month contract, with possible view to extention. This is a high-volume phone role where you will be proactively reaching out to existing customers, stockists, and clients to ensure smooth operations and top-tier service.
There are no cold calls here - just high-volume, high-quality engagement with a dedicated customer base. If you love a fast-paced environment and are ready to hit the phones by next Tuesday, we want to hear from you!
High-Volume Outbound Calling: Proactively contacting existing customers, retailers, and distributors regarding a product update
Data Entry & CRM Management: Accurately logging call details, updating customer records, and processing requests in the system.
Hours: 9am-5pm OR 8am-4pm Monday to Friday (based onsite everyday)
Immediate Availability: You must be ready to commence work next Tuesday.
Phone Confidence: Proven experience in a high-volume outbound calling environment (Customer Service, Call Centre, or Account Management).
Exceptional Communication: Clear, professional verbal communication with a warm and engaging phone manner.
Resilience & Drive: Comfortability handling high call volumes while maintaining a positive attitude.
